Yuen's Famliy Martial Arts is a Character Development Centre. We teach a complete values system with a POWerful word and theme every month. Above our Martial Arts Program we incorporate a comprehensive Character Development Program focused on either Respect, Discipline or Confidence. We are a family oriented school with a large percent of our population being family members training together. Our Character Development Program focuses on building leaders and changing lives. In conjunction with our professional Self Defence Program we teach the values that create individuals with strong Self - Confidence , unwavering Self - Respect, and Self- Discipline which promotes success at its highest level.

• Five and Six year olds  - Junior Ninjas
• Seven and up  - Main and / Junior Black Belt Programs
• Thirteen and up - Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)
• Adult - Self Defense and Cardio Cage Fit.
