Yuen's Famliy Martial Arts is a Character Development Centre. We teach a complete values system with a POWerful word and theme every month. Above our Martial Arts Program we incorporate a comprehensive Character Development Program focused on either Respect, Discipline or Confidence. We are a family oriented school with a large percent of our population being family members training together. Our Character Development Program focuses on building leaders and changing lives. In conjunction with our professional Self Defence Program we teach the values that create individuals with strong Self - Confidence , unwavering Self - Respect, and Self- Discipline which promotes success at its highest level.
We provide the highest level of instruction the industry has to offer. Our teachers are professionals who understand the needs of our students. Our programs start at age four and there is no age limit to when you can start your personal journey to Black Belt. We teach age specific and age appropriate curriculums.
We are a non- contact, non-competitive school. We teach character skills that empower individuals to be their very best. We offer a number of programs in order to meet individual needs. Our philosophy is to teach through positive reinforcement of appropriate behavior and actions in a high energy class environment.
Our goal is to develop individuals to be leaders and successful contributors in society.
We teach a blend of arts with our base in Tae Kwon Do. We pride ourselves on being a progressive school focused on the needs of today's families and individuals. We offer a wide variety of classes, trying to have them scheduled both before 6pm and after 6pm.
We do not have contracts, but ask that for any reason if you decide to leave the program that you provide us with 30 days written notice.
